Peanut Butter Waffle
Only two ingredients to make these delicious waffles. I use a Dash mini waffle maker to make just one, but a regular waffle iron will work just as well.
Yield: 1 waffle
Ingredients
- 1 heaping tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients with a whisk or electric mixer until the egg is fully incorporated and the mixture looks like peanut butter.
- Spray the waffle maker with butter flavor spray.
- Spread batter to the edge of waffle maker and cook.
- Top with butter and maple syrup.
Notes
Double, triple or quadruple the recipe as needed.
These are best made in a mini waffle iron. If a mini waffle iron is not available, spread batter just in the center of a larger waffle iron.
Add a dash of vanilla extract, if desired.
