8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup finely cut dates
1/4 cup finely chopped chutney
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add next 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts. Put in serving dish, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 nuts and chill.
Serve with crackers.
Makes about 2 cups.
Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
