Cheesecake Smoothie

1 (16 ounce) container strawberry flavor yogurt
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries
1/3 cup strawberry-flavor cream cheese
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup

Thaw strawberries slightly and combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth and serve.
