1 can apple pie filling
Cinnamon (optional)
Melt butter in a 10 1/2-inch skillet over low heat. Add apple pie filling and cinnamon, if desired, stirring frequently until apples are warm (3 to 5 minutes). Remove skillet from heat, and spoon the apples over hot pancakes.
NOTE: Blueberry, cherry or other pie fillings can be substituted for the apple pie filling.
