Large diced pieces of sirloin
Medium diced onions
Large sliced (washed) mushrooms
Seasoning and cooking: Season and flour beef. Sear in a hot pan until a medium temperature is achieved. Add onions and cook until soft. Add butter, mushrooms and seasoning to a pan. Cook until the mushrooms "caramelize" (turn a caramel color). "Degaze" the pan with your favorite white wine. Add to the beef and onions; mix well.
