1 pound cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
Pinch of salt
Pinch of garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped scallion
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until well mixed and smooth. Stir in the scallions.
Serve on crackers or toasted bagel rounds.
Makes about 4 cups.
