1/3 cup sugar
3 bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil oil
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cups chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mash bananas in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

Makes 30 cookies.1/3 cup sugar
