1 pound butter
4 lemons
1 (8 ounce) bottle of Italian dressing
2 ounces Cajun seasoning
1/2 can beer (optional)
Put shrimp and butter in roasting pan. Juice lemons. Mix juice with Italian dressing and Cajun seasoning. Pour over shrimp. Add beer to mixture, if desired. Cover and cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Serve in juice. Peel and eat. May also be cooked on grill in aluminum pan.

2-5 pounds medium to large raw shrimp in shell1 pound butter
