1 1/2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup barley flour
3 tablespoons carob powder
1 cup ground nuts
Attach the following recipe to a gift tag:
Carob Orange Cookies
Mix 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup water or soy milk and 1 teaspoon orange extract in a large bowl. Add contents of jar and mix well. Place small spoonsful onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. When done, indent each cookie with a spoon and fill with orange marmalade, if desired.
