Foreman Grill Marinades

Source: Knock Out the Fat cookbook - George Foreman

Zesty Fat Free Marinade:
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Combine and marinate fish or chicken.

Garlic-Wine Marinade:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced

Use for beef or chicken.

Rosemary-Thyme Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Good on chicken.

Ginger-Soya Marinade:
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger

Goes well with beef or chicken
