1 teaspoon bruised dill seed
In a glass or enamel saucepan, heat water or formula to about 100 degrees F. Add dill and savory. Let sit for 10 minutes. Strain. To use immediately, reheat to 100 degrees F. It should be warm, NOT HOT. If you wish to use the formula later, refrigerate immediately for up to a few hours. Discard unused formula more than several hours old.
