1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
1 can Coca-Cola
Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Salt and pepper. Put in roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for at least 4 hours.

1 (4 to 5 pound) beef brisket, fat removed1 bottle chili sauce
