1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
Marinate chicken breasts in ranch dressing for 4 hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, pepper, sage, and salt and mix well. Coat the marinated breasts in breading mixture and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until done and juices run clear.
