1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups coconut
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

From the kitchen of Peggy Mc. - Calhoun, Louisiana1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups coconut

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
