TOTAL TIME 1 Hr 15 Min
SERVINGS 6
Crust
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2 tablespoons boiling water
Filling
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
3/4 cup finely chopped cooked ham (4 ounces)
3 medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, well drained
3 eggs
3/4 cup half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
