4 cup thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 eggs
2 cups shredded cheese
Saut� zucchini and onion in butter. Add herbs and mix well. Spread in pie
plate. Mix together eggs and cheese. Pour over zucchini. Bake 15-20 minutes
at 350 degrees F or until set.
