1 pizza crust
2/3 cup Provolone cheese
2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced and saut�ed
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
6 ounces small shrimp, cooked
2 cups Fontina cheese, grated
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Top a pizza crust with the provolone and mozzarella. Bake for 5 minutes.
Add the sliced tomatoes, onions and basil. Add the shrimp and top with the fontina
cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serve warm.
Serves 4 to 6.
