Cajun Mayonnaise

Prepare this mayonnaise 24 hours before using so that flavors blend.

Yield: 1 cup

1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 pinches cayenne pepper
2 pinches black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

Per tablespoon: 29 calories, 3 grams fat, 3 milligrams cholesterol
