1 quart strawberries, hulled and quartered
Granulated sugar to taste
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup flaked sweetened coconut
2/3 cup orange juice
Cut the strawberries into quarters and sprinkle them with sugar. Stir to coat and allow to macerate for 30 minutes to one hour.
In a glass bowl, mix together strawberries, pineapple, and coconut. Drizzle orange juice over and stir to mix. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Serve cold.
Yields 6-8 servings.

Coconut Strawberry Salad
An easy to prepare strawberry fruit salad with the taste of the tropics.1 quart strawberries, hulled and quartered
