1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Add sugar to vinegar and stir until sugar has dissolved. Beat in milk until mixture thickens. To use for slaw, pour over slaw. Use a fork to blend dressing through shredded cabbage or matchstick broccoli.

This is especially good on cabbage slaw or broccoli slaw.1/2 cup granulated sugar
