Grecian Seasoning recipe

4 tablespoons oregano
6 teaspoons ground fennel seeds
6 teaspoons dried lemon grass
3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Grind all ingredients to a fine powder in a high speed coffee mill. Finely sieve into a container, then tightly seal.
