Caramel Sauce:
1/2 pound butter (do not use margarine)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
Put Puff Corn Curls in a large roaster pan.
Put butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook together for 2 minutes, then add baking soda. The mixture will foam. Pour over Puff Corn Curls in roaster pan. Stir to mix well. Place in a 250 degree F oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Pour onto wax paper, and break apart.
