1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
1 tablespoon flour
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine cheese and flour. Spread in piecrust. Combine milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper and pour over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake 30 more minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

1 (9-inch) unbaked piecrust1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
