Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Rinse pork chops under cold running water, then pat dry with white paper towels.
- Season the pork chops with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Combine the breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning in a large shallow bowl.
- In another bowl, add the egg and water and whisk well.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg.
- Dredge the pork chop through the breadcrumbs, coating completely.
- Lightly spray both sides of the pork chops well with cooking spray. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 to 22 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
- Air fry until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145 to 160 degrees F.
