Anchovy Dip for Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1/3 tube anchovy paste
• 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
• 3/4 teaspoon minced fresh onion
• Dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

1. Mix together and chill.
2. Top with chopped parsley or paprika.
