Caramel Dip for Apples recipe

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
6 medium-size apples, cut into wedges

Combine cream cheese, sugar and peanuts and mix well.

Serve with sliced apples.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
