Coconut Party Fruit Dip recipe

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup (5 ounce can) undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in heavy
    syrup, undrained
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Blend. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate.

Serve as a dip for fruit.
