Coaches Deviled Eggs
Adding bacon to the classic deviled eggs gives Coaches Deviled Eggs a delicious, salty crunch.

Ingredients
- 24 large Eggland's Best eggs, hard cooked
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Peel hard cooked eggs and slice in half.
- Remove yolk center and mix yolks and remaining ingredients in medium bowl, except bacon, beat until creamy then fold in bacon, fill empty egg white halves; serve up and watch them disappear.
