Coon Cheese Sausage Balls recipe

1 (10 ounce) package coon cheese
1 (20 ounce) package Bisquick
1 pound hot sausage

Melt cheese in top of double boiler; blend sausage and Bisquick. Pour cheese over sausage and Bisquick. Form into balls and bake at 375 degrees F.
