Nacho Dip

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound bulk sausage
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds mild Mexican Velveeta
1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
1 teaspoon salt (optional)

Brown beef with onion. Drain off fat and set aside. Brown sausage and drain.

Combine beef and sausage with cheese, Worcestershire sauce and chiles. Heat in double boiler or microwave until cheese is melted. Stir well. Or can heat in crock pot on LOW until cheese is melted.

Serve warm with corn chips or vegetable sticks are better.

Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
