3 cups chopped cooked shrimp
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 bunch green onions minced
4 ounces whipping cream
1 tablespoon dry cooking cherry
1/2 cup parsley, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
8 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Saut� onions in butter. Add cream to flour and blend well. Pour into onions
and butter mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Serve hot with Ritz or other crackers.
