1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup Target Liquid Soap
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon rain-type fragrance oil
Dash of a woodsy fragrance oil
In a food processor or blender, grind the oatmeal to a fine powder.
Mix the liquid soap and water. Add the oatmeal and fragrance oils and stir well. Add salt in 1/4 teaspoon increments if you want it thicker, it won't get really thick, so be careful not to use too much salt. Bottle.
Use 2 tablespoons under running water.
