2 cups vanilla ice cream
3 to 4 tablespoons brandy
3 to 4 tablespoons white creme de menthe
3 to 4 tablespoons white cacao
Garnish: white chocolate shavings

Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender container; process until smooth. Spoon into glasses. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.

Yields 2 servings.
