Champagne Cocktail recipe

1 sugar cube
A dash of Angostura bitters
A twist of lemon peel
6 ounces chilled champagne, sparkling white wine
    or sparkling white grape juice

Place the sugar cube, bitters, and lemon twist in the bottom of a champagne glass. Add the champagne.

Serves 1.
