Hot Spiced Cider
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 quarts cider
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine cider and spice ingredients. Bring to slow boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour through strainer.
- Add cinnamon stick to each mug.
