Coffee Liqueur II recipe

2 cups water
2 cups granulated sugar
2 ounces instant coffee
2 vanilla beans, chopped
1 bottle (4/5 quart) vodka

Bring water and sugar to boil. Cool. Add coffee, chopped vanilla beans and vodka. Pour into glass bottles. Seal. Store for about 3 weeks. Strain.
