2 slices fresh mango
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce tequila
Ice
Coarse salt (to coat rim of glass)
Combine the fresh mango, lime juice and syrup in a cocktail mixing glass
and muddle well. Add the Cointreau and tequila and shake well with ice. Strain
into a chilled, salted cocktail glass.
Makes 1 serving.
