1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded American cheese
1 can French fried onions
1 cup Bisquick
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed
Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
Spread the mixture into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes,
uncovered, at 425 degrees F.
Meanwhile, combine Bisquick, egg and 1/4 cup milk to form a stiff dough. Spoon
over hot chicken mixture to form a lattice design. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees
F for 20 to 25 minutes until Bisquick is golden brown. Top lattice with remaining
cheese and onions. Bake until cheese melts.
