1 pound ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon or 1 beef bouillon cube
2 tablespoon instant minced onions
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup milk
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
Paprika
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain, stir in ketchup,
water, onion and bouillon. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered,
stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Mix baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Spread half of the dough in ungreased 8-inch square pan. Top with beef mixture.
Drop remaining dough by spoonful onto top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until
light brown, about 25 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
