2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup Bisquick
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 package chicken
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup water
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Pour oil into 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
Mix 1 cup Bisquick with curry powder, salt and pepper; coat chicken with mixture.
Place chicken, skin side down, in pan. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
Mix 2 cups Bisquick and the water to form a soft dough. Turn chicken and push to
one side of pan. Drop dough by spoonsful into pan in a single layer next to chicken.
Bake until biscuits are light brown and chicken is tender, about 15 minutes.
