Turkey Puff Bake

1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup Bisquick
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/4 cups milk
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups cut-up turkey
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jar diced pimentos, drained
1 package frozen French-style green beans

Topping:
3 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
3 egg yolks, beaten until thick
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk

Melt margarine. Stir in 1/4 cup Bisquick, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until bubbly. Stir in milk and broth. Bring to a boil for 1 minute; stir. Add cut-up turkey or chicken and vegetables. Put in cheese and stir until smooth. Put into greased 12 x 7 x 2-inch pan.

Mix 1/2 cup Bisquick, salt and paprika. Beat into yolks alternately with milk (1/2 cup). Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Fold in whites and spread over turkey mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees F. Let stand 5 minutes.

Serves 6.
