Chocolate Cookies

1 (4 ounce) box Jell-O Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 cup Bisquick mix
1/4 cup soy oil or corn oil
1 egg
Peanut butter chips or M&Ms candy

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix pudding mix and baking mix in bowl with a wooden spoon. Add corn or soy oil and egg. Mix together until a ball forms. Shape a spoonful of dough into a 1/2-inch ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Place dough balls about 2 inches apart. Press your thumb into the middle of each ball to make a thumbprint. Place a piece of candy in the middle.

Bake for 5 to 8 minutes.

Remove cookies from cookie sheet with spatula and place on a piece of paper towel.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
