Tuna Ring with Cheese Sauce

Filling:
1 egg
2 cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Dough:
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water

Sauce:
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup Bisquick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Cheddar cheese, chopped
2 cups milk

Filling: Mix egg, tuna, onion, cheese, parsley, celery salt and pepper together. Set aside.

Dough: Mix the Bisquick and water. Roll out like pie crust.

Spread filling over dough. Roll up. Make a ring and slit the ring in 3 places, but not all the way through. Brush with egg. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cheese Sauce: Stir margarine, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Add milk and cheese. Cook until thick and cheese is melted. Cut ring into individual pieces. Serve with sauce.
