3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup light or dark syrup
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup softened margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Pour pecans into well greased 9-inch pie pan.
Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth. Pour mixture on top of pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes until knife comes out clean.
