Sourdough Bread

Yield: large 1 1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
• 2 2/3 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 1/3 tablespoons salt
• 4 cups bread flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

1. Put everything in the machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer, lock and load on regular cycle.
