Sausage, Bacon and Steak Recipes
Baked Sausage Patties
Shape 1 (16 ounce) package bulk pork sausage into 8 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Place on a rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes
or until done. Drain on paper towels.
To make ahead, prepare as directed; let cool. Wrap in aluminum foil; refrigerate.
To serve, let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees F in foil
10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
