Bisquick Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients with a wire whisk.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into a lightly greased hot skillet. Rotate until the batter covers the bottom of the skillet. Cook until golden.
- Cook other side.
