Caramel Fluff Frosting

Yield: will frost the top and sides of three (8 inch) layers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat constantly with electric mixer until mixture forms soft peaks.
