Coffee Icing

3 tablespoons hot strong coffee
3 tablespoons dry cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar

Add coffee to cocoa; stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and enough sugar to reach spreading consistency.
