Butter Pecan Coconut Bundt Cake


1 box butter pecan or yellow cake mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 can pecan coconut frosting
4 eggs, beaten well
3/4 cup broken or chopped pecans


  1. Spray Bundt pan and sprinkle a few chopped pecans on bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into greased Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.
  3. Serve warm with ice cream.
